The service and quality of this resort is beyond expectations. We took our family there for a long weekend and from the moment we arrived in throughout on entire experience, we were greeted with amazing service. The amenities and restaurants are fantastic, but what makes this place really special is they embrace families. The waterpark got rained out one day, and everyone moved into the atrium and the families all started playing together - throwing footballs, kicking soccer balls, and just having fun. Most resorts would’ve been more concerned about someone slipping and falling, and would’ve stopped the fun, but not this place. They have a wonderful staff who genuinely cares about their guests. By the way, the restaurants are fantastic.

Overall, our experience was barely satisfactory althought I would especially like to commend Kevin from the pool service, who stood out for his professionalism and attentiveness. That said, there were several areas where the stay fell short of expectations. The check-in experience was extremely cold and non-engaging. Nothing was explained proactively, and I had to ask multiple questions to receive basic information about my reservation. Unfortunately, the details regarding the nightly credit were not explained correctly, which resulted in it not being used as it should have been—something I found quite disappointing and would love to receive the remaining of the unused credit. Additionally, I noticed that the quality of the towels was very low, as they felt harsh and not up to the standard I would expect from a property of this level. On our final day, the Rapids and small children’s slides were closed without any explanation, which was also frustrating. Despite these issues, I want to emphasize that we truly love the hotel and plan to return in the future. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it is received constructively and helps enhance the guest experience going forward.
